I have been on a diet for the past 2 weeks, well actually a part of a weight loss challenge so far so good. 5.4 pounds down, really hoping to keep on track of loosing about 2 pounds a week, it would be awesome. Ten more weeks to go!
What have I been doing you ask! Eat less carbs, more protein and vegetables, and in general less food. trying to make a life style change, so of course still letting myself eat some of my fav's like pasta or french fries, CHOCOLATE, but in moderation and not as often.
